If you change your mind about a product you've purchased from us, you're welcome to return it for an exchange or refund (excluding the shipping costs).

Take your online order or product into your nearest Mint Life store.

BY POST

1. Carefully package the product up with a copy of the receipt.
2. Contact our Guest Experience Team about reason of return.
3. Send to:

The purchase price (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the item in original condition.


EXCHANGES

IN STORE
Take your online order or product into your nearest Mint Life store.

CONDITIONS OF REFUND/EXCHANGE
• Item is returned within 90 days of purchase except hygiene related product such as plush toys, drinking bottle and glasses.
• The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
• The returned item is unused with original packaging.

OTHER INFORMATION 

No receipt?
If you do not have the original receipt or proof of purchase, we will happily exchange or provide a store credit valued at its current retail price, as long as the purchase meets the above criteria. 
 
Faulty item?
If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.
